Car Rental in Rashidiya, Dubai, for Villa Families and Longer Stays
Our Car Rental Inventory
12 Vehicles FoundRashidiya in Dubai is a villa area beside the airport zone, with large plots, family compounds and a steady flow of relatives and guests, so a second car or a short rental is a common need. Quick Lease offers three plan lengths, and the fleet runs from economy cars to SUVs, with delivery to your address available depending on where it is. This page sets out which plan suits a household, what to send for a villa handover and which terms to read before you confirm.
When a Rashidiya household needs a rental
Large villas often house several adults with different schedules, which is why one car is rarely enough. The table shows the cases we see most and the plan to start with.
| Situation | Start with | Check before booking |
|---|---|---|
| A second car for a working adult | Monthly | Distance over a full month |
| Guests staying for a fortnight | Weekly | Who will drive and their licences |
| Your car is booked into a workshop | Daily or weekly | How to extend if the repair runs on |
| New arrival waiting for a purchase | Monthly | Return date and renewal terms |
Handover at a villa
Send the street, the villa number, a map pin and a phone number that will be answered at the gate. Large compounds can have more than one entrance, so name the gate you want the car to arrive at and who will sign for it. Delivery and collection are charged separately and depend on the address. A collection inside Dubai needs four hours of lead time, and the terms ask for a full day in other emirates.
Which car for a family villa
Plots in the area are described as large, with parking for at least two vehicles, so parking is rarely the constraint and space is. A family with children and luggage will find an SUV easier to live with, while one or two commuters may prefer an economy car for its fuel use. Boot size and seat count vary by model, so check the specification of the exact car before you agree.
Monthly hire for a long stay
A monthly rental suits anyone who needs the same car every day, since it avoids renewing each week. For economy, standard and SUV classes the monthly allowance in the terms is 2,500 km, and larger packages appear as upgrades. If your daily round trip is 70 km, a 22-day working month uses 1,540 km, leaving about 960 km for weekends and errands. Ask how an extension works before the month ends.
Weekly and daily plans
A weekly rental matches a visit from relatives or a repair that will take a week or two, and carries 1,400 km in the same classes. A daily rental, at 200 km a day, covers one long day such as a family occasion. If the dates may move, discuss the extension process first so the car is not due back while you still need it.
Roads and tolls
Area guides place Rashidiya between Airport Road, Nad Al Hamar Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and give it a Red Line metro station. The station is useful for central trips, and a car fills the gaps: school runs, shopping with several bags, and trips to places the line does not reach. Salik gates on the main roads are billed at the actual toll with an administration fee, so ask the quote how they are settled.
Guests, staff and shared use
Villa compounds often have several people who might drive: a spouse, an adult child, a visiting relative or a household employee. The agreement covers only named drivers, so list everyone who may take the wheel and send their licence details with the request. If one driver is under 25, mention it early because approval and a surcharge apply. Agree between yourselves who refuels the car and who handles any toll or fine notice, because those items are billed to the renter rather than the driver on the day.
Rules before you collect
The minimum age is 21, and drivers between 21 and 24 need approval and pay an additional charge. Each driver must hold a licence recognised in the UAE and be named in the agreement, with a fee for every extra driver. Bring the car back with about the fuel level it had at collection. A deposit may be requested, you are told the amount while booking, and the balance returns within 21 calendar days. The agreement does not cover driving outside the UAE unless Quick Lease approves it in writing.
Returning the car
Decide the return point and time when you book. Returns to the villa follow the same lead time as deliveries, and a drop at a Quick Lease branch saves the collection charge. Photograph the fuel gauge and odometer at both ends and keep the images with your agreement. A return up to 60 minutes late is not charged when approved, so call the team if the household plan changes in the afternoon.
