1. Applicable UAE Laws and Regulations
Quick Lease's operations are subject to applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, the applicable laws and regulatory requirements of the Emirate in which the relevant service is provided.
Vehicle rental and leasing activities are regulated under the UAE's current traffic legislation, including Federal Decree-Law No. (14) of 2024 on Traffic Regulation. The legislation provides, among other matters, that vehicle rental and leasing must comply with applicable UAE legislation and that vehicle rental activity may only be conducted by an appropriately licensed entity.
Customer contracts and other civil or commercial arrangements may also be governed by applicable UAE civil and commercial legislation, including the UAE Civil Transactions framework and other applicable laws in force from time to time. The UAE Government introduced a new Civil Transactions Law in 2026 as part of the continuing modernization of the UAE's legal framework.
Nothing on this page is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory legal right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under UAE law.

3. Driver Licensing and Legal Use of Vehicles
Customers and authorised drivers must hold a valid driving licence recognised under applicable UAE laws and must satisfy all eligibility requirements applicable to the relevant vehicle and rental or leasing arrangement.
