Despite being from a mainstream brand, Rent A Car Mazda 3 2025 is sweetened enough to almost pass for a compact in the premium class. Both front- and all-wheel drive are available with this engine. Limited to the priciest Turbo variants, a 2.5-liter turbocharged engine with 250 horsepower is offered. Buyers can still have a six-speed manual transmission if they choose front-wheel drive.
Selecting the all-wheel drive option requires an automatic transmission with six speeds. Only the turbocharged engine provides a satisfyingly rapid ride among the three, even though all three react well to gas-pedal inputs.

The standard warranty plan offered by Mazda for its three sedans and hatchbacks is insufficient to match the extensive 10-year or 100,000-mile powertrain coverage provided by Hyundai and Kia. In this market, Toyota is the only rival to provide free planned maintenance.
