Car Rental in Al Quoz 3 for Site Visits, Company Cars and Vans
Our Car Rental Inventory
12 Vehicles FoundAl Quoz Industrial Area 3 is a working district. Most people who need a car here are not on holiday. They are contractors, buyers and auditors visiting units, businesses covering a gap while their own vehicle is in the workshop, or new hires waiting for a company car. Quick Lease rents cars and commercial vehicles by the day, week and month, and this page explains how to arrange one around Al Quoz 3.
Al Quoz 3 and how it connects
Al Quoz Industrial Area 3 lies in the southern part of the wider Al Quoz district, close to Sheikh Zayed Road. Al Waha Street links the area to Al Khail Road. The land is mostly warehouses, factories, showrooms, offices and staff accommodation, with few homes. Area guides give rough drive times in normal traffic of about 8 minutes to Mall of the Emirates, about 15 to Burj Khalifa and about 21 to Dubai International Airport, and rush hour changes all three.
Collect at the branch or arrange delivery
Quick Lease lists an Al Quoz branch at Al Quoz Industrial 4, in the same district, and the booking form offers it as a pick-up option. Collecting there avoids delivery to a unit that is hard to find; check the opening hours on the contact page before you travel. If you prefer delivery, send the street, unit number, gate or security contact and a phone that will be answered. The terms list delivery and collection charges separately, and the quote says whether your address is covered. A collection request needs at least four hours of notice in Dubai.
Which plan fits which job
| Work situation | Plan to price | Ask the quote to state |
|---|---|---|
| Contractor needing a vehicle for a month of site visits | Monthly | Kilometres, named drivers and permitted use |
| Company car in the workshop for two weeks | Weekly | Return date and how an extension works |
| Visiting buyer or auditor for three days | Daily | Pick-up point and the late-return rule |
| New hire waiting for a company car | Monthly | Deposit and how drivers are added |
A monthly rental includes 2,500 km for economy, standard and SUV classes under the published terms. Yard-to-yard trips add up: a 90 km working day over 22 days is already 1,980 km, and higher monthly allowances are listed as upgrades. A one-week rental includes 1,400 km for the same classes. Premium and luxury cars follow a separate schedule.
Cars or vans
Industrial customers often weigh a saloon against a van. The commercial vehicle category lists vans and pickups, but read the card for seats and load space, because a category name does not set either. Do not assume a rental may be used for deliveries or paid transport work. Permitted use is set out in the rental agreement, so ask before you load anything.
A typical week in the district
Most enquiries from Al Quoz 3 follow a pattern. A buyer lands at the airport on Sunday evening, spends Monday to Wednesday moving between factories and showrooms, and needs a car that can leave a gated yard without fuss. A maintenance contractor needs the same vehicle every morning at seven and does not want to wait for a replacement. A small trading company needs a second vehicle for a month while a new hire waits for registration paperwork. Tell the team which of these is closest to your case, because it changes the plan, the number of named drivers and the return date.
Parking and site access
Parking rules differ between estates and units. Ask the landlord or site manager about gate passes, height limits for taller vehicles and where a rental can stay overnight, and pass the answers on when you request the car so the handover time allows for them. A larger van is harder to place than a compact car, which is worth knowing before you choose. If the unit has no space for a rental, ask whether a nearby yard accepts visitors, and plan the return so the vehicle is not left on a public road with the keys inside.
Before you sign
Read the quote line by line. It should state the vehicle class, the daily, weekly or monthly kilometre allowance, the deposit, the drivers, the delivery and collection arrangement and any extra charge. Photograph the vehicle at handover and again at return, and keep the fuel level in the same frame. If anything in the quote differs from what you were told on the phone, ask for the quote to be corrected before you pay. A written quote is the document to compare against the final invoice.
Rules to read before you collect
You must be 21 or older to rent. Drivers aged 21 to under 25 count as young drivers under the terms and need approval and an additional charge. Only drivers named and approved in the agreement may drive, so list every employee who will use the vehicle, and each needs a licence recognised in the UAE. Fuel should come back at roughly the level recorded at collection. Salik and other tolls are charged at cost plus an administration fee, and the deposit balance is refunded within 21 calendar days of return. The vehicle stays within the UAE unless Quick Lease approves otherwise in writing.
Businesses planning vehicles for years rather than months can read about company vehicle leasing, a separate contract with its own terms. For the wider district, see car rental in Al Quoz, and the full range of plans is on the Quick Lease website.
